Power of the humanity can stand against war and terror
Something is fundamentally wrong with how the so-called international community intervenes in situations of war and terrorism. The lobbying and short-term interests of various stakeholders seem to always influence in the background of the actions. World politicians and their assistants then formulate sounding goals for those interests, to be presented in the media.
If man and Homo Sapiens as a species is on the side of good, that good should be shaped by power of humanity, in the republic of whole Earth, as public matters. With the resource of such a good power, we could begin to prevent wars of aggression and to carry out disarmament, in the long run.
Good efforts, for example, in organizations of economic cooperation or in programmes and specialized agencies of the UN are not in vain. But much remains to be done in the fields of education and ethics if we want to be effective in human action to defend peace.
The Internet could be one of the most important enablers for living in a humane way and for inclusion. Platforms and applications in the Web could secure each person’s identity for communication and influencing common issues.
Spirit in action and good will is all this requires, humaneness.
